Who can use Website Builder?
As part of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), we create and host websites for organisations, agencies and other bodies who are part of MoJ or who work with it.
Our 3 levels of service
The level that’s best for you will depend on things like the amount of experience you have in creating websites and how many people you have available to work with us.
You’ll always have our technical expertise on hand. You may just need more or less of our user-centred design capability, depending on the skills in your team.

What we need from you
For all levels, there needs to be a named site owner who’s responsible for managing the site day-to-day after launch. We provide training on how to use the Website Builder platform before we hand it over to you, and are always on hand to offer advice.
You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality images for the site. We can advise on what makes a good choice.
At all service levels, you’re responsible for the ongoing maintenance of site content, ensuring it continues to meet accessibility standards and user needs.
How long does it take?
It really depends! It could be weeks or a few months depending on the size and complexity of your site and how much support you need from us.
